Our Community Engagement Manager, Ashley Mosley, chatted with Viacom’s Senior Director of Human Resources, Suzanne Rosenthal, and Vice President of Global Inclusion, Juan Herrera on the importance of building and maintaining a diverse workforce. One of the key take-aways and overall themes of Viacom’s corporate diversity message is building a diverse culture where you can ” bring your whole self to work.”
